Aside from the circumstances that faulted the ability to actually use your services awhile back, I wanted to commend you on the caring and very personable experience you gave.

We talked for a couple of weeks through email and text before I met you in Hilliard for a brief lunch to talk about the session I wanted.. I wanted to let you know that you never once made me feel as though I was talking to an intimidating business person; I always felt that I had a friendly connection with you and I could tell you anything about my insecurities or silly needs for my session, and you accepted them all and told me how you would make it work. You were always very encouraging and trustworthy, and I hadn’t even met you in person yet.

When we did finally meet at Panera, you texted me the night before and reminded me - I was not sure if it was because you realized how forgetful I was or because you like to double check that we are both on the same page. I later found out through our discussion that evening, that you enjoy seriously preparing the client for what’s ahead. Your honesty and pure personality always encouraged me that I struck gold when I found you on Facebook.

You showed up, told me that you were waiting inside for me, I hesitated to walk in because I wasn’t sure what my first words would be to a photographer as I met them for the first time, in person. But I went in without hesitation because I looked past that and knew you would be very laid-back and my anxiety was nothing at that point. I found you in your bright colored sweater, jeans and cute hand-spun bun, I hugged you and you hugged back. I can’t explain to you what it meant to me that you weren’t wearing some suit or extremely fashionable outfit - you are the person you perceive yourself to be and that is unique in today’s world.

We talked for a couple of hours about everything, including the session we were there to talk about. You provided so much information and showed me so many wonderful things that helped me prepare for our session.

Today, I am looking forward in my life and know that you will not be able to shoot my session for me.. However, I will come to you when I am ready to shoot something else - hopefully then, I will be fully prepared and life will work out.
